Why we don't start with a sales call

The free consultation problem

Most agencies open with a call. Thirty to sixty minutes, no commitment, just a chat. It sounds low-risk. It isn't.

If you run a small business, that hour is already spoken for. You're not evaluating vendors for a living; you're doing it between everything else. A call also puts you at a disadvantage: you're explaining your problem live, to someone who hasn't seen it yet, while they're forming a pitch in real time.

What we do instead

You submit your idea. In writing, whenever you have five minutes. We send back a build plan: what we'd build, how it breaks into phases, and a realistic timeline. No call required to get it.

We call this the Idea Blueprint.

What's in the plan

  • A first working slice, defined narrowly enough to estimate
  • A phase breakdown, not a single lump quote
  • What we'd need from you to start
  • What we're not doing in phase one, and why

If the plan doesn't make sense, you've lost five minutes writing it up. If it does, we talk from a shared document instead of a cold pitch.

Why this works better for small teams

Clarity before commitment. You see our thinking before you owe us any time. We see the real shape of the problem before we quote it. Both sides make a better decision.

Submit your idea and get a blueprint back. No call needed.
